Chatpata Roti Rolls

My recipe isn't the traditional roll with veggie or meat stuffing in case you're wondering. I have taken the basic idea of the roll and given it a healthier makeover. Regular spices, besan, coriander and everyday roti or chapati..
It's Very much suitable for tea time snack or even perfect for dinner too.

Steps
- 1
Make ingredients ready.
- 2
In a mixing bowl, add besan, Rice flour, coriander and all mentioned spices. Add water little at a time and make fritters type better.
- 3
Now take one roti, apply the besan better on it, sprinkle sesame seeds on top and roll the chapati/roti. Make all roti the same way. Boil the water and steam all the rolls for 5-7 minutes. After that let the roll cool down completely.
- 4
Now cut the rolls approx in 1 inch. Heat the oil, fry all the rolls till little crunchy. Remove on the kitchen paper.
- 5
Roti rolls are ready. Transfer in a serving plate, sprinkle some chilli powder and serve with Tomato sauce/ green chutney or masala tea. Enjoy..
