Simple quick dinner, swap the broad beans for peas for a sweeter flavour.
Steps

Bring a large pan of salted water up to the boil and add the broad beans. Cook for a few minutes and then lift out the broad beans when tender.

Bring the water back up to the boil and add the pasta.

While the pasta is cooking, squeeze the broad beans out of their skins (optional).

Drain the pasta, reserving a little of the cooking water. Use the same pan to heat the oil and melt the cheese, add a little of the water to make a sauce. Stir through the pasta, lemon zest and beans.

Season to taste and serve straight away topped with the grated Parmesan. Perfect with a rocket salad!
