Vegetable cheese sandwich for kids

First, ready all the ingredients. Make chutney with coriander,1/2 capsicum, peanuts, salt and lemon juice. Mash the boiled potato. Add in salt, chilli flakes and pepper powder and non spicy green chutney.

Apply butter on the bread slices. Apply green chutney on one and ketchup on another.

Arrange salad on the chutney applied slice. Sprinkle some salt on all the salad slices. Cover it with the buttered slice.

Place mashed potato madala on the middle slice. Place cheese slice on it. Cover with the ketchup applied slice.

Press and roast the sandwich well. Serve after garnish. See them smile and have the vegetables easily and in a delicious way. Happy Cooking
