Make the Dough (Skip if using ready-made)
Mix flour, salt, and oil. Add water little by little to knead into a soft dough. Rest for 20–30 mins. - 2
2. Ready Chena for Filling Add 1cup chena with amul cheese add some pizza sizzling then mix it well for perfect mixture

3. Prepare the Paratha
Divide dough into equal portions. Roll out two thin rotis per paratha. Place 2–3 tbsp of chilli sauce and tomato sauce on one roti - 4
Place 2–3 tbsp of cooled filling on one roti, cover with the second one, and seal the edges (like a stuffed flatbread or calzone).

4. Cook the Chap Shoro
Heat a tawa or nonstick pan Now drizzle some oil/ghee on each side by cooking them evenly till it's nice crispy and brown.

Serve with mint raita and enjoy.
