Steps

Cut half the Avocado. Remove seed. In a mixer jar, blend Avocado, paneer, hung curd, green chili, garlic, and coriander. Make a smooth texture.

Transfer to a bowl. Add chopped onion, tomato, capsicum, salt, black pepper, oregano, and lemon juice. Mix well. The sandwich mixture is ready.

On a pan, apply butter, and toast bread on both sides till turns crispy. Take a toasted bread, and spread the avocado mixture on it.

Add grated paneer to it. Sprinkle some chili flakes. Put other toasted bread on it.

Cut in halves in a rectangle shape or triangle shape as you wish. Serve it with tomato ketchup

Enjoy a very healthy and delicious calcium and protein-rich toast sandwich.
