Yesterday, we made this cava sangria to go with our fideuá, and it turned out really delicious! I had only tried it before in Tabarca with caldero, and it was a great choice to pair with the fideuá.

Yesterday, we made this cava sangria to go with our fideuá, and it turned out really delicious! I had only tried it before in Tabarca with caldero, and it was a great choice to pair with the fideuá.

In a large container, mix the rum, gin, brown sugar, and lemon juice.

Add the pineapple, peach, apple, lemon, and one orange, all cut into pieces.

Let the mixture chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Before serving, add the cava and the juice of the two oranges.

Add cinnamon to taste and mix well.

Serve cold and enjoy.
