Firstly chopped the onion,green chilli and coriander leaves.

Now take a wok add 1 tbsp oil then add,cumin,coriander,fennel seeds,rai and hing.Then add green chilli and all spices

Now add 2 tbsp water in wok and mix it,then add onion and roasted gram and mix it properly.

Now make a dough of wheat and take a small portion from it and roll it like roti,now spread the pyaz masala over it,then fold it in this way and roll it and put over pan.

Now cook from both the sides till it gets golden and serve with aloo matar curry or curd or chutney.
