An ideal Snacks which is loved by everyone whether they are kids or Adults,here i have tried to give Savoury flavour ,baked instead of dip fried and which can enjoyed during Tea time or any small munchkins or served in an occasions😊

Take a wide mixing bowl and now take all the dry ingredients,add the spices and knead the medium soft dough and rest for about 10 minutes

Now divide the dough into 3 portions or as per your preference

Now Roll them into round shape medium thick sized Roti and then cut them into Diamond shapes

Pre heat the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees and till that time We have ready into the Baking Sheet over the Tray and place them at a distance so they are baked evenly,Brush some oil over the Shankarpale and bake them for about 20 minutes

In between check whether they are baked properly

Now take out all of them and let them cool down

You can store it in Airtight container and enjoy them anytime with your family ❤️
