Sweet dish : shrikhand. : hung the yoghurt for 4 to 5 hours in a cotton handkerchief. when excess water in the yoghurt is removed took this chkka in a pot add powder sugar cardamom powder and add kesar sticks soaked in the warm milk and mix it well

Dhaba style akka masoor : soak the masoor for 2 to 3 hour in the warm water and cook this in the cooker for 5 to 6 whistles.cut the onion finely. Add oil in the kadai add mustard seeds,jeera,ginger garlic paste,add onion and fry it in the oil now add tomato cook this all for 2 to 3 min now add red chilli powder and garam masala cook this for 5 to 6 min your masoor is ready

Just cook the beet root in the cooker great the beetroot add finely chopped onion add salt and tadaka and coriander leaves

For chapati : make a dough of wheat flour adding some salt oil make a dough and rest for 10 min

Make chapati on the rolling board and roast on the tawa with ghee or oil.

Tawa panner : take yoghurt add chilli powder, salt,kitchen king masala, kasuri methi add some oil mix it well add chopped panner, onion simala mirch and tomato and marinate this for 20 min

In a nonstick pan add some oil and roast above panner mixture for 5 to 6 min.your tawa panner is ready

Simple dal : take the toor dal and mung dal in the cooker pot add half tomato and one green chilli and cook this in the cooker for 3 whistle

Put the pot on gas add oil make tadaka of mustard seeds,curry leaves,jeera methi dana,Turmeric powder, asafoetida and add cooked dal, red chilli powder salt and jaggery cook this for 3 to 4 min.dal is ready add coriander leaves

Muttar rice : in a cooker add oil mustard seeds,jeera ginger garlic paste, add onion fry it now add tomato, green peas, fry this in the oil now add rice and water and make 3 whistles mattar rice is ready.

Now arrange the thali add chapati, right side rice,koshibeer, panner, left side dal and masoor,
