All ingredients keep ready and keep aside.in medium size bowl add crushed cheese,add chilli powder,chopped garlic,chopped coriander,mix herbs and salt,combine it.

In medium size bowl add wheat flour,salt and add water and make a soft dough.,take small portions of dough make it flat round shape and stuff cheese mixture in it.

Make paratha on flat surface,heat a tawa and bake paratha with butterboth side.

Your cheese paratha is ready serve it with cacumber raita or salad and green chatani.
