Wash and grate sponge gourd.

Add salt, chilli garlic crush, both flour and sesame seeds. Mix well. Don't use water. Knead a soft dough.

Heat oil in a pan.Take lemon size ball of flour flatten by hands on your palms and deep fry in oil.

Until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with tomato sauce.

This recipe can be made for dinner or breakfast. Very tasty and belly full.
