Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2medium size sponge gourd
  2. 1 cupwheat flour
  3. 1/4 cup besan
  4. 1/4 cup rice flour
  5. 1 tablespoon green chilli,
  6. 1 tablespoon coriander leaves
  7. 1 tablespoon garlic crush
  8. Salt
  9. Oil to fry
  10. 1 tablespoonsesame seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and grate sponge gourd.

  2. 2

    Add salt, chilli garlic crush, both flour and sesame seeds. Mix well. Don't use water. Knead a soft dough.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan.Take lemon size ball of flour flatten by hands on your palms and deep fry in oil.

    Until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with tomato sauce.

  5. 5

    This recipe can be made for dinner or breakfast. Very tasty and belly full.
