Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1 cupRolled oats
  • 2 cups(or 1 cup water + 1 cup milk) Water
  • 1/4 tspSalt
  • 1/2 tspParsley
  • 1/4 tspThyme
  • 1/4 tspOregano
  • 1/4 tspRosemary
  • 1Egg
  • 1 tspHemp seeds
  • 1 tspEverything But The Bagel seasoning
  • 1 tsp(or more, to taste) Hot Chili Crisp

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine oats, water (or water + milk), salt, parsley, thyme, oregano, and rosemary in a pot.

  2. 2

    Cook over medium heat, stirring, until oats are soft and creamy.

  3. 3

    In a separate pan, cook the egg over hard (or as you like).

  4. 4

    Transfer cooked oats to a bowl.

  5. 5

    Top with the egg, hemp seeds, Everything But The Bagel seasoning, and Hot Chili Crisp.

  6. 6

    Serve hot.

Tips

Feel free to adjust the amount of herbs and spices to suit your taste!
