Ingredients

30 minutes
2 to 3 servings
  1. 1-1/2 cupHorsegram, sprouted
  2. 100 gramsPaneer, grated
  3. 1peice ginger
  4. 2-3garlic cloves
  5. 1green chilli, chopped
  6. 1 teaspoonSalt (as per taste)
  7. 1 teaspoonMixed Herbs
  8. 1 teaspoonPepper powder
  9. 2 tablespoonsOil/Ghee

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash, rinse and soak horsegram in sufficient water, then allow to get sprouted. Add ginger, garlic and green chillies and grind to make a smooth paste.

    Transfer it to mixing bowl. Add grated paneer, mixed herbs or pepper powder.

    Mix well and shape into cutlets/Kebabs

    Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the kebabs til they turn golden brown.

    Top it with Mint Mayo or coriander leaves. Enjoy with your preferred chutney.
