Protein Packed Horsegram Kebabs

I wanted to make kollu sundal from horsegram but later I changed my mind and I decided to go for Horsegram Kebabs, something simple yet delicious! Sprouts and Paneer are good sources of protein and other nutrients that can be eaten raw, steamed in salads or hummus. It's a quick easy go recipe to enjoy with chutney, Mayonnaise or a curd. Wash, rinse and soak horsegram in sufficient water, then allow to get sprouted. Add ginger, garlic and green chillies and grind to make a smooth paste.

Transfer it to mixing bowl. Add grated paneer, mixed herbs or pepper powder.

Mix well and shape into cutlets/Kebabs

Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the kebabs til they turn golden brown.

Top it with Mint Mayo or coriander leaves. Enjoy with your preferred chutney.
