  1. 1 bowlSprouted beans 🫛
  2. 1 tablespoonoil
  3. 1 tablespoonturmeric powder
  4. 1 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  5. 1 tablespoonlemon juice
  6. 1 teaspoonsugar
  7. 1 teaspoonmustard seeds
  8. 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  9. 1 teaspoonAsafoetida
  10. Salt par taste

    Wash the mug and soak it for 4/5 hours, then keep it all in a cotton cloth, now the next morning the mug will have sprouted nicely, now put oil in a pot, add mustard and cumin seeds, add asafoetida, add sprouted mug, add all the spices, add a little water, boil it for 2/3 and serve this healthy snack when it cools down. There is a saying in Gujarati that mug brings legs
