#Sabji for dinner
#No onion no garlic sabzi
#Restaurant style sabzi
This recipe was invented first in West Bengal where Jhal means spicy
And frezi may have come from stir fry.

The beauty of this recipe is it's quick and easy to make and loaded with CRUNCHY vegetables.
I have served the Jalfrezi with Aloo kulcha.

All at home relished the dinner and complimented that 'Hotel hi Ghar mein aa gaya'
