Tasty, healthy sprouted moong ki sabji this amazing sprouts are quick easy and tastes best with roti or rice.. proud sabji is nutritious and delicious. It is vegan and gluten free.
Steps

Wash sprouted moong properly. Chopped tomato, green chilli and ginger.

Heat oil in a cooker. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and asafoetida. Mix it well.

Add curry leaves dry red chilli, chopped green, chilli and ginger. Saute it well. Add tomato. Saute it for 1 minutes. Add turmeric powder.

Add red chilli powder, cumin coriander powder, garam masala, salt,Give a nice mix. So spices flavour comes out. Tomato becomes little soft. Add sprouted moong.

Add sugar and 1/4 cup water. Stir well. Cover the lid and make whistles on medium heat. Sprout moong sabji is ready.

Serve this gujarati style sabji with chapati. Sprinkle chopped green coriander.It's a good option of vegetables.
