Mix dahi and besan in a bowl. Add 4 cups water and blend until smooth.

Heat the mixture on medium flame. Add sugar and salt. Stir continuously until it bubbles.

Lower the flame and cook until the kadhi thickens.

For pakora, mix wheat flour, besan, broken wheat flour, oil, chilli powder, turmeric, methi leaves, and salt. Add water to make a thick batter.

Make the small equal ball size pakora from batter.Heat oil in a pan. Drop the pakora balls 1 by 1 and shallow fry until golden brown. Set aside.

For tadka. Heat ghee and add cumin, mustard seeds, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, methi seeds, dry red chilli, curry leaves, and hing. Sauté until aromatic.

Add pakoras to the kadhi. Pour tadka over.Mix well and garnish with coriander leaves.

Tips
