Ingredients

25 macarons
  1. 200 gicing sugar
  2. 120 galmond powder
  3. 100 gegg white
  4. 40 gcaster sugar
  5. For filling
  6. 50 gCreamcheese
  7. 30 gBlueberry jam
  8. Fresh blueberry

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix almond powder and icing sugar

  2. 2

    Beat egg white (room temperature) with caster sugar until soft peak form

  3. 3

    Incorporate dry ingredient into white meringue

  4. 4

    Fold the mixture until it forms a lava-like paste

  5. 5

    Pipe the mixture on silicone pad and let it dry at room temperature for 1 hr

  6. 6

    Bake at 150 C for 12-15 min
