Ingredients

30 minutes
1 serve
  • 1 bunchkunde
  • 1onion
  • 2tomatoes
  • 10 mlsoil
  • 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • Water

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and cut kunde into tiny pieces.

  2. 2

    Into a Sufuria put oil and add the chopped onions and fry till golden brown.

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes and fry till soft. Then add the kunde

  4. 4

    Then add the baking powder and stir. Add a little water and cover.

  5. 5

    After 10 minutes turn and taste if it is soft.

  6. 6

    If still hard boil for more time if soft, serve with Ugali.
