Wash the fish with hot water to remove the slime

Put you pot on fire and add water to boil….after boiling for sometime add,grounded crayfish,pepper,spice and seasoning

Allow to simmer before adding the fish,cover and allow to cook for some minutes

After some time,Open and add utazi leave,scent leave,taste and adjust seasoning again if need be

Reduce to gas to low heat,cover again and allow to simmer for a minute….Open and your meal is ready

Serve with white rice,or anything of choice
