Chunks of cauliflower, cheddar cheese and chicken, oven roasted in curry and spices, topped with parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. Quick, simple, delicious. Reheats well.

Boil whole cauliflower, rosettes and green base, 7 minutes in chicken broth.

Make the sauce: Melt butter, flour, cheddar cheese, curry, turmeric, pepper, salt, stir milk in till smooth. 1 Tbs curry for mild, 2 for medium spicy, 3 for very spicy.

Cover oven dish bottom with shredded boiled chicken breast and leg.

Next, layer of cauliflower rosettes and thin sliced stem, pour cheese curry sauce over, bake 15 minutes at 350F degrees till golden brown.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Broil till you have a nice crust, about 3 minutes. Sprinkle parsley over, serve.
