First wash the rosemary leaves with water nicely and pat them dry with a pepper towel. Then chop them into small pieces. This will help to release their flavour and aroma.

Bring the water in a vessel, to a boil and then reduce the flame to medium low and add rosemary leaves and boil 3-4 minutes, then cover and let them steep for 5 minutes.

After steeped for the desired time then strain it into a serving cup with the help of a strainer and add honey, lemon juice stir well. If you prefer a strong tea add rosemary leaves in the tea while you drink it.
