  • 2 tbswhole garam masala (elachi long dalchini tej patta.mace)
  • 2 tspgaram masala powder
  • 2 tspsalt
  • 4 tbsmustard oil
  • 4green chilies
  • 4dry red chilli
  • 1 tbsKashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1 tsphaldi
  • 2 tspdaniya zeera powder
  • 1 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1 tspsauf

    Wash chicken and mix all the ingredients and sliced onions and oil

    Let me mixture sit for 1/2 hour. Smear a earthen pot with mustard oil and place the chicken in it and seal it with wheat dough. Let it cook for 45 min

Tips

You can heat the mustard oil before adding to the chicken mixture and the mix it well and leave for 1/2 hr
