Besan Sheera is a traditional Indian thin/ liquid sheera recipe which make during for winters a home remedy for common coughs and colds. These recipe is extremely,but lots of benefits in our body, specially in winter season. Cosy Hearty Winter Bowls! Week 5, #TOF
Steps

Heat ghee in a kadhai or pan.

Ghee melt, then add besan (gram flour).

Roast for 5 mins on low flame Then add chopped almonds and roast until nicely aroma and golden colour on low flame (10 mins)

Add haldi and pepper powder and stir continuously.

Add cardamom powder and stir well.

Add milk and saffron stands and stir well, to avoid of lumps on low flame.

Simmer and keep stirring for 5 mins. Then turn off the flame and add jaggery and mix well. The jaggery dissolves and blend well.

Consume piping hot with some desi ghee and garnish with some chopped almonds.
Tips
Always add milk and jaggery as it make besan sheera more healthier.
