Firstly wash the veggies and chopped it and soak the Yellow moong dal for 15 minutes after that add all the ingredients in cooker,add salt.

Wait till two whistle.

Now add tadka of Rai,urad dal. After that add milagaipodi powder and Desiccated Coconut.

Now give a mix to all so it blends nicely. Now your kootu is ready to serve😋
