My granny loved to bake this on school holidays and she said I have no money to buy bread every day we did enjoyed them so much yummy 😋

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease two baking trays.

Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a bowl.

Rub in butter until mixture resembles breadcrumbs.

Beat eggs, then mix with buttermilk and vanilla.
