Steps

Prep and wash chicken followed by cutting and slicing holes through the meat for easier cooking.

Making marinade :
Place chicken in ziplock bag and pour half a bottle of Lawry teriyaki marinade (I use the one with pineapple) with dash of salt and pepper and mix it up.
- Half bottle Lawry teriyaki Marinate
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp pepper - 3
Massage the chicken and marinade to fully coat and mixed evenly. Allow chicken to marinate overnight in the fridge or at least 1-2hrs before cooking.

In the rice cooker measure every 1 cup rice with 2 cups water and allow to cook before or while cooking the chicken wings.

Saving for later use : Instead of cooking freeze the chicken with the marinade over night over a flat surface. Once frozen follow with vacumm sealing the raw chicken for better storage in the freezer.

Cooking after freezing storage :
Allow chicken to thaw prior to cooking
- thaw in the fridge overnight or in the sink with warm water - 7
Grill till fully cooked with lid closed and flip every 5minutes as needed to create a seasoned char nicely on both sides.

Once cooked let rest 5 minutes or enjoy immediately with rice. Pairs well with some oven baked asparagus.
