Collect both tomatoes, onion,green chilies, curry leaves, and coriander leaves. Chop and keep aside. Take the given amount of red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt. Keep it aside.

Add two tomatoes into the mixture jar. Grind into fine puree.

Keep a kadai on medium heat and add oil, mustard seeds, urad dal, chopped onion, green chilies and curry leaves. Saute till it becomes soft. Then add the chopped tomatoes,red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.Mix well.

Add the tomato puree. Saute till the raw smell goes out and tomatoes becomes soft. Once it becomes thick and oil come out, pachidi is ready.

Transfer to a serving bowl. Enjoy the super tasty tomato pachidi with plain rice,idly, dosa and roti.
