Heat mustard oil in a wok. Add rai and zeera seeds; let them splutter.

Add chopped gajar and matar. Sauté briefly.

Add red chilli powder and salt to taste. Mix well and cook on low until veggies are just tender.

Soak puffed rice in water for 30–60 seconds, then squeeze out excess water.

Add soaked puffed rice to the sabji. Stir and cook for a few seconds.

Turn off the flame. Transfer to a serving dish.

Garnish with imli sauce to taste and enjoy.
Tips
Adjust the amount of imli sauce and salt according to your taste preference.
