Cut chicken into cubes and season with salt and pepper.

Beat eggs and coat chicken pieces.

Place flour in a container, add chicken, and shake to coat.

Fry chicken in hot oil until golden and crispy. Double-fry if needed.

In a separate pan, combine water, Worcestershire/soy, honey, tomato sauce, hot sauce, brown sugar, salt, and rice vinegar.

Simmer sauce until slightly thickened and sticky.

Add fried chicken to the sauce, turn off heat, and let sit.

Cook rice in boiling water until sticky.

Serve rice and chicken in a bowl. Top with sesame seeds and spring onion if desired.
Tips
Add rice vinegar to the sauce to thicken it and make it sticky.
