First upon in a separate bowl add coffee powder and hot water, mix it and keep aside.

Now add salt to a pan, place a stand on it and preheat it on medium flame for 10 minutes. Then grease the cake tin with oil, put butter paper on it and keep it aside.

Now for the cake batter, add refined oil, curd and powdered sugar in a large bowl and mix well. Then place a sieve over this bowl and add all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and mix it. After that, mix this batter using cut and fold method.

Now add coffee water to this and mix gently. Then add chopped walnuts and milk to this and using a spatula gently fold the dry mix in. Mix until you don't see any large flour pockets. The consistency of the batter should be ribbon liike and flowy.

Now transfer this batter in the greased cake tin and tap it so that the air bubbles come out. Place this cake tin in the preheated pan and cover it with a lid and bake on medium flame for 30 to 35 minutes until a skewer inserted comes out clean.

Now the cake is baked. Cover the cake with a cloth and let it cool completely.

To make the butter cream frosting, For this, add coffee powder and hot milk in a bowl and mix well. Keep it aside.

Then add room temperature butter to another bowl and beat with an electric beater on high speed for 4 minutes until the butter is light and fluffy. Add the sugar powder and use a spatula to mix it and whip until the frosting is smooth and fluffy for stiff pick.

Then add the coffee flavored milk to this, stir with a spatula and beat again with a electric beater still stiff pick.

Now separate the cake from the sides with a knife. Then demold it. Then cut the cake in half and divide it into two parts. Now we will assemble the cake. For this, take a layer of cake sponge and spread butter cream on it. Then put another layer of cake sponge on top, spread butter cream on top and garnish with walnuts.
