Take two cups of soya chunks, put it it hot water. Soak for five,drain the water and squeeze the water completely from soya chunks.

Add give all powders into the bowl. Mix it well and add lemon juice. Add little water and mix well.

Add the soya chunks. Mix well. Rest it for ten minutes. Keep a kadai on medium heat add oil, once oil becomes hot, drop the soya chunks. Fry till golden colour. Soya chunks 65 is ready to serve.
