Ingredients

2 servings
  • 200 gBeans
  • 100 gSpinach
  • 1Red bell pepper
  • 1Onion
  • 2 clovesGarlic
  • 1 cubeMaggi seasoning
  • 2 tablespoonsRed oil (palm oil)
  • 1 teaspoonSNA spices
  • 1/2 teaspoonSalt
  • 500 mlWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil beans in water until soft.

  2. 2

    Chop onion, garlic, red pepper, and spinach.

  3. 3

    Heat red oil in a pot, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.

  4. 4

    Add red pepper and cook for 2 minutes.

  5. 5

    Add cooked beans with some cooking water.

  6. 6

    Stir in Maggi, SNA spices, and salt.

  7. 7

    Simmer for 5 minutes, then add spinach.

  8. 8

    Cook until spinach wilts, adjust seasoning, and serve hot.

Tips

For extra flavor, you can sauté the garlic and onion until golden brown before adding the other ingredients.
