Clean and cut brocolli avoiding hard stem

Clean and cut red potatoes with the skin

Boil cut broccoli and potatoes together in high heat in water for 7-10mins

Drain it and let it cool by soaking in cold water.

Add the boiled vegetables with required water in a blender and make a smoothie

Transfer the smoothie to a boiling pot and add all other ingredients before boiling it for 2-4 minutes

Allow it to cool and serve warm

It is optional to decorate the soup with vegan cream or dairy cream. This is optional.
