Green Peas Cutlet
Steps

Take a mixer pot. Add green peas, garlic cloves and green chillies. Blend coarsely.

Take a kadai. Add oil. When oil gets heated add cumin seeds. When cumin seeds cracked add turmeric powder and asafoetida. Now add coarsely blended green peas.

Mix all well and add some water. Put lid on it and cook well. When it is cooked properly add some salt and mix it. Now Shift the mixture in another pot and let it cool.

After mixture is completely cool down add coriander cumin powder, chaat masala,lemon juice, carrom seeds and sesame seeds to it. Mix well.

Now add mashed potatoes and mix it well. Now add oregano, chilli flakes and fresh coriander leaves.

Then add besan and make a dough.

Now make small balls of the ready dough and shallow fry both sides of cutlet by applying oil on tawa. When it changes the colour to golden brown your Green Peas cutlets are ready to serve. Serve hot with chutney or sauce as per your liking.
