Perfect for a Sunday morning! These fun sprinkle pancakes are flavorful, soft, and have those diner-style crispy edges.

In a large mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients, whisk well, and set aside.

In a separate mixing bowl, combine all wet ingredients and whisk well.

Slowly whisk wet ingredients into dry and mix well. Switch to a spatula and fold in the sprinkles.

Preheat griddle to 325°F. Add butter or oil to griddle and coat well.

Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, scoop batter and pour into griddle. Cook pancakes for 3-4 minutes per side.

Top with your favorite toppings like maple syrup, whipped cream, fruit, or more sprinkles!

Leftover pancakes can be stored in a plastic freezer bag with parchment paper in between the pancakes. They heat up well in the toaster on the frozen setting. Enjoy!
