Raw Mango Tadka Pickle

First take raw mango wash and cut in small pieces mix salt keep in side 5 minitus. Few water release from mango pieces remove it.

Tadka vessel put on Gas add oil let it hot then add mustard seeds crackle then add asafoetida and chopped raw mango pieces stirring speedy in law flame then add turmeric powder and jaggery cook 5 minitus. Now Gas off and add red chilli powder mix by table spoon.

Tasty and instant Raw mango tadka pickle is ready to serve. You can eat pickle with Roti, thepla, paratha etc.
