Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  • 7 ozground beef (200 g)
  • 7 ozground pork (200 g)
  • 2 stalkslemongrass
  • 1 clovegarlic and 1 onion, peeled
  • 7 ozbetel leaves (200 g)
  • 1 tablespoonseasoning powder, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 2 tablespoons oyster sauce

    Wash the betel leaves and let them drain.

    Finely chop the onion, lemongrass, and garlic.

    Chop a small amount of betel leaves; set the rest aside for wrapping the meat.

    Mix the ground meats with the chopped onion, lemongrass, garlic, and seasonings until well combined.

    Take a small amount of the meat mixture and tightly wrap it in a betel leaf.

    Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. When hot, add the wrapped rolls and fry until cooked through.

    Arrange on a plate, sprinkle with fried onion and garlic, and serve.
