Carrot porridge with vegetables

Put the coconut oil in a pot, allow to steam for 30 seconds

Add the chop onions, and stir for 1 minute

Add the tomatoes and stir for 5 minutes

Add the knorr spice, crayfish, ginger, garlic and salt to taste

Add 1 cup of water, carrot and stir, allow to boil for 5 minutes

Add the vegetables and green pepper, and allow to boil for 2 minutes

Food is ready, can be serve with rice or beans
