Steps

Place the mutton fillet, add ginger garlic paste, papaya paste, green chilli paste, salt and red chilli powder, mix well, add mustard oil and mix, set aside for 1 hr

In a blender make a powder of cinnamon stick, green cardamom, black cardamom, mace, whole red chilli, black peppercorns, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, set aside for third marination

Second marination - in a blender add barista, poppy seed, Chana Dal and with little water make a paste - apply to mutton fillet

Third marination - apply the powder and mix well

In a pan heat ghee and add the marinated mutton fillet, on medium flame fry and flip sides, set aside

Serve with Roomali roti or Parathe as I did
Tips
Marination is important and setting for 1 hour for first marination is important
