Fried rice with chicken and plantain

Wash your vegetables (cabbage, carrot, green pea, green Pepper and onion) slice finely and put in separate bowls.. set aside.

Wash your pepper,garlic and ginger and blend..

Wash your chicken and liver with warm salty water.. put in a clean pot and season with salt thym, Maggi cube, onion, garlic, ginger, pepper and curry powder.. cook for 10min..

When your cooked chicken is cool,remove liver and cut into cubes.. put in a bowl and set aside..

Wash rice and put in a clean pot.. add water and cook for 10min.. remove rice from fire and put in a sieve...

Set your cooking pot on fire, allow to dry then pour in your 10 to 15cl of vegetable oil.. allow oil to heat then pour in sliced onions, carrot, green pea, green Pepper and liver.. stir very well.. add curry powder and stir for about 1-2min..

Add your stock and 2cubes of Maggi seasoning.. then stir and taste..

Add your white rice, stir very well and cover your pot.. cook for 5-10min.

Put a pan on fire.. add your vegetable oil.. allow oil to heat.. put your chicken batch by batch.. fry till it has a golden brown colour..

Fry your plantain in the same pan or together with your chicken..

Put your cabbage, carrot and green pea in a bowl.. add your cream and mix well.. yummy your food is ready
