Bihari Aloo Kachalu is a tangy, spicy and a popular street style Potato snack from the State of Bihar. It's made with sliced boiled Potatoes, roasted spices, lots of Tamarind pulp and Lemon juice to finish it off. This amazing variation of Potato is such a delightful beauty. It's absolutely lip-smacking and super delicious.
This variation won't let you down in terms of both taste and texture. You would definitely love it and would ask for more if you taste it once.
The spices can be adjusted accordingly. The Tamarind pulp adds that extra zing to the dish. You would love that tangy and sour flavour profile a lot. It's a perfect choice or an accompaniment for that sudden hunger pangs, choti moti bhook or even a special Tea-time snack. One would definitely love it at anytime and at the slightest pretext. Such is it's magic.
The intense tangy and flavourful Chaat or a snack dish that can't be missed. It is so very easily done that it comes around in as less as 10 minutes in all. And the best one for sure one any given day especially the Weekends.
