Curd rice is a temple food. it is healthy and probiotic. Curd rice is useful in summer season.
Steps

First take 2 cup rice wash it properly and make bold rice. Then take 2 tbsp ghee and chana daal udad daal and cashew nuts dry red chilli arrange in a different bowl

Then take boiled rice in a bowl add 1 tsp ghee and add1 tsp salt 1 tsp coriander powderand 1 tsp black pepper powder and roasted jeera powder green chilli and salt Maxwell

Then add curd in boiled rice and mix well.

Then take 2 tbsp ghee add mustard seeds cumin seeds and1 tsp chana dal and udad 3 dry red chilli roast for 1 minute and add cashew nuts and coconut chips. Roast it well add curry leaves mix well, coriander leaves(to give it a bite and nuty flavour enhance s taste)add1/2 tsp hing. And mix well and make tadka.

And add it to the rice. Mix properly and make South Indian delicious curd rice.

And transfer to a bowl and transfer to a serving plate. Now ancient prebiotic South Indian style curd rice is ready serve with mango pickle and enjoy curd rice. Enjoy!!!

Tips
We take proper rice and curd mix well and give tadka with all the masala so it become tasty and healthy.
