Deep gundas in saltwater for an hour.wipe and spread in cotton cloth for two hours.

Now burst all the gundas by pastel and remove gummy Seeds.

Marinate gundas by salt and keep aside.

Wash, wipe and peel mangoes and grate by big hole grater.

In a big mixing bowl add grated mangoes Salt, pickle masala, chilli powder, fennel seeds and 1 tablespoon oil.Mix well by hands.

Stuff this masala into gundas.Take a glass container and keep all stuffed gundas in it.

Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds when crackle turn off the gas.Cool.

Pour oil over the pickle and mix well.Our gunda pickle is ready.Use after two days.Very very tasty, tangy pickle which my mom likes very much.I made this in her memory.
