In a large bowl add grated mangoes and sugar and mix it well and let it rest for at least 1 hours.

Add grated mangoes and sugar mixture in a pan. Then cook for 4 to 5 minutes, cover into the lid. Add cinnamon stick and mix it and again cook for 10 to 12 minutes with cover the lid on low flame heat. Stir occasionally.

Add salt and cook for another 1 minutes. Then add lemon juice and cook for another 1 minutes on low flame heat. Then turn off the flame.

Natural Mango Jam is ready. Let it cool completely then transfer in a clean and dry glass jar with lid and keep it in refrigerator and enjoy for at least 1 to 2 month.
