My family missed this and I had to do them a good breakfast

Mix flour, salt, oil, and water to form a dough. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

Combine pre-boiled green grams, onion, and coriander for the filling.

Divide dough into small balls. Roll each ball into a thin circle.

Brush a little oil between two circles, stack them, and roll together.

Pan-fry the stacked circles on a dry pan

While still hot, gently separate the layers to get two thin sheets.

Cut each sheet into quarters.

Place the green gram filling on each quarter, fold, and serve.

Deep-fry them until golden
Tips
Ensure the pan is hot enough to achieve a golden color without burning.
