  • 400 gthin sliced pork belly
  • 2long onion
  • 2onions
  • 1egg
  • 50 gflour
  • 3 tablespoonswater
  • Panko crumbs
  • Pepper and salt

  1. 1

    Cut long onion(3cm) and roll pork belly. Cut onion. Skewer pork and long onion, and onion. Sprinkle salt and pepper on them.

    Make egg flour batter.

    Coat skewers with egg-flour batter and coat them with breadcrumbs. Fry them until golden brown.

    Eat with salt, mayonnaise, Tonkatsu sauce or your favorite sauce.
