Steps

Roast Vermicelli in Ghee and keep aside. In the pan add milk and allow a boil. Then add cardamom and simmer for 6-7 minutes.

Then add roasted vermicelli and keep stirring. Cook for 8 - 10 minutes, add sugar + dry fruits, and stir well. Mixture thickens.

Cook further for 3-4 minutes as sugar releases water. Kheer is done.

Allow to cool, serve after 2-3 hours.
Garnish with dry fruits and serve.
