Wash the poha thoroughly with water and drain the water.If you keep it for 5-10 minutes the poha will become soft and smooth.

1 bowl add poha,boiled potatoes, chopped onion,raw chilli, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder,salt to the softened dough.mix all the ingredients together well.if the mixture is not sticky.you can add now grease your palms with oil and shape them into chops.heat oil in a pan and fry the chops on medium heat until they turn golden brown and crispy.

Poha chop is ready.serve with mustard sauce and salad.
