  • 50gGreen Onion (White part)
  • 150gGround Pork
  • 110gEggs
  • 150gKimchi
  • 3gGarlic
  • 3gGinger
  • 5gSesame Oil
  • 3gGochujang (Korean Chili Paste)
  • 4gChicken Stock Powder
  • 10gDark Soy Sauce
  • 10gSake (Japanese Rice Wine)

Steps

    Add sesame oil to the pan.

  2. 2

    Add gochujang, garlic, ginger, and green onions to the pan.

  3. 3

    Sauté over low heat until fragrant.

  4. 4

    Add the ground pork and stir-fry until the meat changes color.

  5. 5

    Push the ingredients to one side of the pan.

  6. 6

    Pour the beaten eggs into the empty space and scramble until soft-set.

  7. 7

    Add the warm rice, followed by the chicken stock powder, soy sauce, sake, and kimchi.

  8. 8

    Stir-fry quickly until the rice is golden and the grains are beautifully separated.
